ArcadeForge began as a tiny tool for friends who wanted to show real play, not trailers. We built a stripped experience that prioritized immediate touch and joy. Over time it became a design language: kinetic headlines, HUD-first thinking and small bursts of delight that increase retention.
We keep the kit small. Templates focus on quick iteration, letting creators test core mechanics and share playable links with streamers, press and players in minutes.
